Hendy Dayton, Partner
Hendy has over twenty years experience in management consulting, strategic planning and leadership development, having been a corporate executive at Morgan Stanley, Bain & Company, and Babcock & Brown. She helped launched the highly acclaimed website, YourOnRamp.com, a comprehensive career coaching resource for women re-entering the workforce and has written extensively on the topic. Hendy also leads youth leadership programs, including the Journey Youth Leadership Program in California, and is an active fundraiser, speaker and Board member for the Breast Cancer Fund.
Hendy has a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the Tuck School. She is a CTI trained professional coach and certified Myers-Briggs practitioner.
Nancy Harwood, Partner
Nancy is a senior Human Resources executive with over twenty-five years of executive coaching, leadership development and talent management experience. As Managing Director and Co-Head of Human Resources at JPMorgan, she partnered with senior business and HR leaders to implement the firm’s talent strategy, including sourcing, retaining and developing key leaders and building future leadership capability. She has counseled corporate and not-for-profits on succession planning, career planning, change management, cultural integration and managing diversity.
Nancy has a BA from Princeton University and a Human Resources Diploma from New York University. She is a CTI trained professional coach and a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner.
